Core & Shell involves removing the current debris, interior finishes and infrastructure items such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC and fire alarm systems. This will be expanded to include removal of interior partitions and opening up the floor plan with as few interior walls as practical. From here the primary infrastructure will be designed, engineered and installed with top performance and efficiency in mind.

Modern Finishes are more than paint and flooring and include lighting, high-performance windows and similar functional components. Visually pleasing yet durable and functional will all have a role in the redevelopment theme of 722 Nebraska Street.
